Home phone NBN cannot call in

Hi,

Please could you have a look at this. Despite numerous calls to help no for nbn problems this hasn't been sorted out. It's been almost a month now. I'm elderly and don't use a mobile phone. I depend on people being able to contact me. When calling in a message states the number isn't connected.
