Have spoke to the call centre who said they would turn off call waiting, and also said could do it through My Account. I have looked there and can see no way to do it, and despite the call centre saying they would fix it, nothing has happened. How can I get this actioned?

Call waiting itself seems to be turned off, but the caller does NOT get the engaged tone when calling if I am already on the phone. This is potentially worse than having call waiting on!
