Hi,
Have spoke to the call centre who said they would turn off call waiting, and also said could do it through My Account. I have looked there and can see no way to do it, and despite the call centre saying they would fix it, nothing has happened. How can I get this actioned?

We can confirm that the Call Waiting feature has been disabled.
Just to clarify, do you want the caller to hear an engaged/busy tone while you're on a call?

Yes, If I am on a call already then yes, I want the caller to hear the engaged/busy tone.

I can confirm that the Call Waiting feature on your homephone service is already disabled.

Hi,
Call waiting itself seems to be turned off, but the caller does NOT get the engaged tone when calling if I am already on the phone. This is potentially worse than having call waiting on!
Is it possible to have an engaged tone when I am on a call already?
