Home phone issue

Existing ADSL + home phone customer.

 

My home phone stopped working.

I have no dial tone and can't dial out, when I try to call the number it just rings out.

Internet is working, although it is very slow.

 

Please assist.

  I can see there is maintenance happening on the line, which is effecting your phone and internet service.
I am escalating to our engineering team; they will call you shortly.
