Received a replacement modem for my old vr1600(constant loss of power) , internet works fine, but phone line not working
status in modem settings mentions
Telephone service unavailable Please check your account settings or register a new number
Hooked up the old VR1600v everything works fine, Is there a settings i need to change or is it a TPG issue to fix
did this get resolved? I have the same issue, installed my replacement modem today, all ok except no phone
