Home phone not working - After receiving replacement modem Vx220-g2

Received a replacement modem for my old vr1600(constant loss of  power) , internet works fine, but phone line not working

status in modem settings mentions

 

Telephone service unavailable Please check your account settings or register a new number

 

Hooked up the old VR1600v  everything works fine, Is there a settings i need to change or is it a TPG issue to fix

The service needs to be updated using the replacement modem/router, to proceed could you shoot us your details via PM?
