Get online support
The VOIP light on my NBN modem is not on, the internet is working though. The phone has an engaged type signal and when I call my home line there is a recording that this is not a valid service number. I have tried rebooting the modem but still the same. Thanks

We have tried to refresh the service on our end and the VoIP appears to be registered now. You may try to check if the light is on and if the service is now working.
