Get online support
Hello,
I got a replacement modem (TP-Link Vx420) from TPG to replace the old one that was failing. The internet connects fine but I can't seem to connect to my home phone. In the router page, when I click on the phone icon, it says
"Telephone Status: Telephone service unavailable. Please check your account settings or register a new number."
Do I need to activate something?
