Hi there, we had NBN Technician installed NBN a week ago and internet is working ok although the NBN connection sometime dropping off. When i switch off then on the NBN box it works again. It’s very frustrating. Then now our home phone is not working.
I can hear the dialling tone but I can't make or receive calls. Tried to ring the TPG technical support for the last 4 hours but no one attended the call.
