I received my TPG NBN modem 2 days ago for a new connection and got a new digital voice number allocated as well. Internet is working fine but home phone doesn't work. The phone indicator on the modem didn't come on. The phone doesn't have dial tone and when I tried to call the number, it says "the number I've called is not valid". Please help.
