Home phone not working

HI , My home phone is not working but internet working. No dial tone, cannot receive/make a phone call. There is a messagwe on the dialer:  "Check Tel Line" - All cables are connected - Please help

Due to an issue with the line, our Engineering team has coordinated this with TEelstra

Our Engineers has identified an issue with the line controlled by Telstra. A technician has been dispatched today and the report states that they've fixed an issue at the middle joint.
