Can some one get in contact with me regarding my home phone which is an ongoing issue. I can only get mobile reception in the house so message me first, sick to death of this bull**.

I'm sorry to hear that your homephone issue you've previously raised is still not resolved.

 

Our tests show that it should be working, so it appears to be a possible set up or equipment issue. We have requested our Technical Team to contact you between 2PM - 3PM VIC today to the mobile number we have on file.

Our records show that our Technical Team has already reached out to you. After a modem reset and ensuring that the handset is connected to the phone1 port of the modem, it has started working. Let me know if you still have technical concerns that we can look into.
