We’ve had our internet connection at XXXXXX Banks ACT for some time however the phone hasn’t been connected yet. Can you advise when this will happen and the new phone number please.

Your homephone should be working already. Please ensure that your handset is plugged into phone1 port at the back of your modem.
As for your homephone number, you can view the information by logging in to your account. For assistance on how to check your account details, you may visit this link:
In addition, the email we sent you on July 17 contains your homephone number as well.
