I understand TPG will provide a home phone with an NBN connection. I tried to contact them on their internet 'live chat support' and after many hours patiently waiting on my computer screen I finally made contact to an agent. Unfortunately after an initial few exchanges I unable to communicate further and the session was closed by the agent.
What do I have do to tell TPG what I want.
I live in Sydney, NSW.
The VOIP phone service is free. The $0 option means you pay for each call. There are options you can buy with different combinations of included calls.
