I have call TPG four times in the last two weeks to try to find out why my mother is unable to call me from the UK. She keeps getting the message - cannot get through with this number COA 0163. The people I have talked to at TPG have been unhelpful, so I would like to be able to talk online with someone who can help. My mother is elderly and extremely stressed about this situation, which is affecting her health.
