How do I log a home phone fault

The home phone is having several issues. 1.  during a conversation the line will just drop out and 2. People try to call and they are unable to get through, yet the phone is not ringing.

I am elederly and do not have mobile phone, so I cant use an app, I cant call support because of the issue and I have already restarted the modem several times.  The problem keeps coming back.
