I have this same question before, since I was not able to see any option to disable the call waiting feature of my phone service on "My account". I've rang their tech team and after a few minutes, call waiting has been disabled.

Good thing that they have awesome reps who assisted me right away.

Thanks for replying.  Unfortunately I already had the tech team turn it off, but a week later it was back on!  I had hoped there was a simple answer.  I will call them again.
