I've recently switched to TPG. Since then, family in the Netherlands and in Norway are no longer able to call me. Instead, they get a noise that sounds like a fax. They're able to call other phone numbers in Australia and in other countries, just not mine. I've called TPG three times but they've told me it must be an issue with all my friends and family member's providers, so it's not TPG's problem. Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?
