I am unable to call out on my landline and people can't call in. I don't have a mobile and TPG have asked what time they can call when they replied to my email , how can they call when I have no mobile or anyone nearby to help me. My street is full of construction workers and my sons live hours away si there is no one to help me. I am getting deperate, especially as I have just had a death in my close family
