We're able to pull up your account using community details and as per the latest status of your service installation, the NCD and modem needs to be connected to progress the order. At the moment, the NBN modem is pending for dispatch and you will receive an email notification once it has been sent out for delivery. In regard to number porting, it should be completed within 1-5 working days after the NBN is completely installed. Nevertheless, it does not affect the service installation. Let us know if you still wish to get a new number from us.
