Hi TPG, can you please contact me to raise a ticket for a new NBN service with voice number that works for outbound calls but not inbound. Sort of defeats the purpose of providing a phone service when nobody can call you. This is a configuration issue on the TPG side of things as the phone is plugged directly into the modem phone 1 port as per your instructions, has dial tone and can call my mobile. Can you please sort this out. It is happening on two of my FTTN services of which one has been live for over 18 months but not my HFC service
