Hi TPG, can you please contact me to raise a ticket for a new NBN service with voice number that works for outbound calls but not inbound. Sort of defeats the purpose of providing a phone service when nobody can call you. This is a configuration issue on the TPG side of things as the phone is plugged directly into the modem phone 1 port as per your instructions, has dial tone and can call my mobile.
