Get online support
I am using a standard TPG supplied Archer VR1600v modem on the NBN. The voice line for incoming and outgoing calls has recently stopped. I have rebooted the modem and it seems to work for a few minutes then stops.
Logging on to my account it seems all is OK.(ie. https://cyberstore.tpg.com.au/)
But logging on to the web interface for the Tp-Link modem under Voice shows this error:
Telephone Status: Telephone service unavailable. Please check your account settings or register a new number.
Can you tell me what is wrong here?
