We can make outgoing calls from our landline, but incoming calls are diverted to the local Bendigo Bank!?
Incoming calls do not register on the fixed phone at all.
I have called TPG and spoken to the service reps a few times. They cannot see any problem with our phone and no diversions are activated. We have had our VOI phone service with TPG for 3 - 4 years and have not had any problem. We only realised we were not receiving calls when we noticed the phone had been very quiet for a couple of weeks.
It appears our home phone number has been reassigned to Bendigo Bank.
