Landline Siemens Gigaset DX600A ISDN

Hi team,

I've plugged my Siemens Gigset landline phone into the "phone" port on my TPG modem, but I'm not getting any signal.

Is this phone compatible with TPG internet or do I need to do something magic to make it work?

Any suggestions?

Hi

The Voice ports on the back of the modem support an Analogue phone only not an ISDN phone.

If you plug in a normal household phone do you get a Dial tone?
