Landline dropping out

Hi,
I use my landline on a daily basis to work from home but have had to resort to using my mobile due to the landline continuing to drop out up to 40 times in an 8 hour work day. I really need to get this resolved ASAP as it's been ongoing for the past couple of weeks and I've already ruled out all other reasons for calls hanging up.

Your homephone relies on your internet to work; however based on the remote test, your internet is connected for almost a week thus indicating a stable connection. 

 

I have organised a call back to be made today from our Techical Team for assistance and to check for underlying cause of the homephone connection issue.
