My landline associated with the NBN is faulty. TPG voice-over says "this no. doesn't exist" when a caller rings it. And when attempting a call outbound one gets a repeating echo when the other party answers.
Is there an online service where i can type in the fault. Ringing in to report is frustratingly long waiting.
