Get online support
We've just connected to nbn and the internet is working fine but our landline appears to have stop working. We can't make calls from it and it doesn't receive incoming calls either.
We've tried connecting it to both the phone 1 and phone 2 ports on the modem but neither works. The light doesn't turn on on the modem.
