My landline still doesn't work when connected to the modem in the suggested phone line #1.
You keep messaging me to tell me it's not connected
As I've already been a TPG customer I already have my old landline working and so am continuing to use this. However,I am paying for Oz Talk and would like to be able to use this as expected.
If you can't advise me on how to connect this properly, I'd be happy to cancel the phone landline completely.
Please don't send me the diagram of how to install. I have followed that already and it doesn't work!
