I can see that your service is an NBN-HFC service.

Can you confirm if your internet is working ok, and this issue is just related to your telephone service?

I have noted that there is no authentication from your router so can you tell me that is internet is working or not?

Also, your NBN-NTD box shows offline. Can you check there is power going to both the NTD and the Modem?
