Landline not working

My landline is not working. I've tried using another phone to connect to the Phone port of the splitter, it did not work. I tried connecting the phones directly to the wall socket, there's no dial tone either. However, I am receiving internet connection perfectly. Would appreciate an urgent reply. Thank you!!
