Get online support
There’s a dail tone but Landline not working. Cannot receive calls or dail out. I cannot even contact TPG for technical help. Please let me know what is going on.

My apologies for the phone trouble you experienced last night. There was an outage affecting the home phone service which started yesterday (April 9) at 6:42PM AEST. It was resolved yesterday as well at 10:31PM AEST.
