There’s a dail tone but Landline not working. Cannot receive calls or dail out. I cannot even contact TPG for technical help. Please let me know what is going on.

Inbound and outbound call are impacted. Calls to our customer service and support numbers will also be unavailable. Voice Engineers are currently investigating the issue.

Hopefully my 87 yr old mum will not need to urgently call me. To would have been great if TPG posted a message on their website to warn us instead of having to realise it at 9.45pm when it’s too late to let loved ones know to call the mobile if it’s urgent.

My apologies for the phone trouble you experienced last night. There was an outage affecting the home phone service which started yesterday (April 9) at 6:42PM AEST. It was resolved yesterday as well at 10:31PM AEST.

 

Let us know if you're still having problems with the homephone.
