I have ADSL2+ home phone for many years, and my phone lost dial tone (started flashing NO LINE) on Saturday morning 19th Jan, and has been offline all weekend. I still have ADSL2 internet (full speed), and I have tried a different handset and a different line splitter, but the phone remains inoperable. Please investigate and fix asap. Thanks.
