NBN Phone not working

Sorry to add to the several posts with a similar issue.

Our NBN home phone is not working as well.  Internet is working without a problem.  But it seems the home phone stopped working for no reason.  (I am trying to get this sorted out for my father).

What could be the issue?  Can we get someone to look into this.

Thank you for your information, pls check all the setting as I mention and if you still getting issue pls inform me so i can check further. ( Pls check both phone 1 and phone 2 port, dial tone, if still has issue pls rebooth the modem)
