VOIP Not working

I have a replaced my old modem with a new TP link archer 1600. Same model as my last. My VOIP home phone is no longer working. Internet is working fine. I get a dial tone on the phone handset. If I dial the number on my mobile is get a message saying "the number you have dialed is currently not available". Voip was working on the old modem. The modem configuration page shows an unknown phone number. Any assistance would be appreciated
