Get online support
I get dial tone and the number send but at the point of connection, I get a continuous error tone. Traceroute shows the internet is up.
It feels like I've run out of credit but my account shows there's still over $2. That should be enough to make a local call, right?
If it's not credit, I've not a new tecnical fault.
It it is credit, how can I set an auto top-up on my account?
Either way, it's very annoying.

Was going to borrow a different phone to test if that was the problem but it came good again. Definitely not credit related but still a mystery.

Thanks for the link. Can I just say that the fact that, "There is no automatic top-up", is REALLY ANNOYING.
Why not? How hard can it be?
