Get online support
I have had the NBN installed and it is working, I have connected a phone which is NBN compatible and get a dial tone. However, I have gone into settings to forward all calls to my mobile and it is not working. I have also tried calling my number with the call forward disabled and the phone does not ring.
I attempted to call out from the phone and althougyh I get a dial tone the call does not go through.
