We just replaced our home phone (nbn) with a new handset and base but after plugging it in the nbn stopped working
Nothing else was touched. Have power cycled the nbn box
This is a FTTN connection
Tech support has sent a technician out but posting here in case we can fix it earlier as we run a restaurant and people can’t order at the moment
