Our NBN phone line stopped connecting several days ago. When attempting to call out there is a dial tone, but calls do not progress. When calling in, line is blank & disconnects. Any suggestions?

Hi @adslcp0y, we can see that our Technical Team has been in touch and the issue was escalated to our Engineering Team.
The team advised that your VoIP service should be working now. If you're still having issues, please let us know so we can investigate further.
