I have been a TPG internet customer for 22 years and been very happy with service and support.
I decided to port my new Apple IPhone SE 2020 across to TPG from Telstra but after 3 week I have an issue. I’m in quite a marginal coverage area and now find that my phone is either SOS only, roaming or one bar signal on the Vodafone network. The big issue is that this drains the battery greatly. The phone is 2 months old and never an issue on the Telstra network. The battery is showing a 100 % health, so it’s not a phone issue.
is there anything I can do to stop this or an I doomed to return to the big T. ?
