New internet connection not working

Hi,
I recently moved to a new house and I connected the TP-Link device to NBN (FTTP) device. But my internet is not working. Can you please advice what needs to be done. Thank you. My details are below.

Hi,

Firsty, have you receive the confirmation from TPG that your NBN service is ready?, We advice you when has been completed the installation or you can check the status online.

 

Have you perform the FTTP set up?

I have not yet received confirmation from TPG that my NBN service is active. I checked the status online and it says the installation is progressing.

I have completed the FTTP setup.
