My home phone is not working after I switch to a new router. Called TPG many times. They are heplfull but my problem did not solve. So i turned to a computer shop. In short, I bougth a adaptor that was supposed to connect my phone back. It did not happen. I called TPG again and I was told that a telephone expert will call me and help me to fix the problem. I have been waiting for more than a week now but nothing happened! What should I do?
