NBN Connected 2 days ago, works fine. Our phone handsets (Uniden DECT 6.0) do not complete a call. We get a dial tone, hear the number being called, but then get continous tone instead of hearing the ring tone. Also, calling our phone number from a mobile, the handset does not ring and cannot get the incoming call, even thow the mobile can here a ring tone. How do we fix this??

We've raised this with our Tech team and they've advised that they tried to contact you, but it was just ringing then goes directly to your voicemail.
