No internet connection

How is possible that Telstra customers in my area have their NBN internet connection and as TPG customer the internet connection is lost since last night? That can’t be related to the outage of NBN only.

Sorry to hear that.

I suggest you to perform a troubleshooting on your NBN service, (like power cycle the devices, check cables etc).

If you can especify what sort of NBN service you have I can provide you better view.
