Hi TPG. My internet does not working since 8 Dec. Please help me.

Wer are sad to know that you're having issues with the service @annielee.

 

We ran an initial test to the service it shows the modem/router is no getting a connection to our network.

 

Please send me a Private Message with your best contact number and preferred time.

 

We will arrange one of our Technicians to contact you for real-time test and investigation.
