This is the third time in as many months. Previous occaisons a technician resolved the issue but it keeps happening. Need help yet again.

We've tested the line and detected a possible fault within the copper network.

 

The case has been escalated to our Engineering team and an assigned Engineer will be in touch with you via SMS or phone call within 24 to 48 hours.
