Let us check what's causing issues with the phone service. Are you getting a dial tone at the moment? Could you tell us the troubleshooting steps you have performed so far and shoot us a PM with your details?

No signal at the moment. We keep dialing but the tone is dead. (Steady sound~similar no tone)
