Phone drop outs

How does one get some real help for phone/internet problems with TPG?

I cannot ring TPG because the phone continually DROPS OUT.
Incoming calls drop out or the caller cannot hear me.
Live Chat drops out.
Internet continually DROPS OUT.
I have provided proof with screenshots of drop outs.

Rubbish text messages to say issues fixed - tickets closed.
Emails to Customer Service are not even acknowledged.
Promises to contact me within 24 hours are not followed through.

This has been ongoing since 15 April 2020.
Check the logs since then.
Initially I was advised it was an outage in the area.
13 days later - still an outage????

Latest Text message says: Your internet service should be up and running.
If it's still not working then please reboot your modem.
For further help call 131423.

How can I ring when the phone keeps DROPPING OUT?

4 drop outs that I know of just this morning.

I NEED THE HOME PHONE TO BE WORKING.

That's fine, Currently i am able see that there are nbn open incidents around your area which is affecting your service as well but anyway Engineer will check it.

Thank you JayeshP9 for following through with my phone and internet problems.

As of yesterday, internet is once again stable and the phone did not drop out during a phonecall this morning.

It has been a very frustrating 2 weeks with tickets constantly being closed but issues remaining.

Looking forward to a trouble-free service from now on.

But I now know who to contact if there are future problems - TPG Community.

Hi,

Thanks for letting me know, I am able to see that now your sevice is stable for almost 34 hours. I have also noted that there is some nbn work around  your area which might still affect your service but any issue let me know so i can check here.
