Hi all
Any ideas what I can do in the absence of help from TPG. Our landline has a sound when you start to dial out but cannot make calls and no calls coming through either. Modem appears like phone line is on and working. Tried rebooting modem, changing phone line socket, changing handset to a new one, phone cable etc. no change. Please help. Thanks
