I have nbn+phone service with TPG. Since nbn installed, the phone line is not working even I plug it to phone1 o phone2. The phone icon light on modem front panel is on and handset has ring tones. But I cannot ring out and cannot receive an incoming call neither.
The TPG router must configure its self, configuring the router manually, sometimes cause VOIP issues, also please take a photo of router serial number and mac adress, and PM me Thanks Rajen
Nbn people configured it themselves. At that time, I wasn't at home and they didn't connect a handset to the modem. Recently I just found my old phone was not working, so I put a handset and plug it to nbn modem, then found this issue.
